Zenta Group announced that its development in Macao over the next few years will focus on three major directions:

    In 2024, Macao hosted nearly 34.93 million visitors , and simultaneously holds top-tier integrated resorts and MICE events globally. This places extremely high demands on the immediacy and accuracy of front desk services, housekeeping, operational dispatch, and security management (Macao SAR Government Portal).

    Zenta Group plans to promote the following types of AI applications in Macao: 

    • Multi-lingual Smart Customer Service and AI Concierge: Combining voice recognition and large model technology to provide 24-hour multi-lingual inquiry, itinerary suggestions, and complaint handling services for tourists , relieving pressure on frontline staff and enhancing satisfaction.

    • Smart Operations and Energy Consumption Optimization: Using AI to analyze room occupancy, equipment usage, and energy consumption data to optimize housekeeping arrangements and energy management , thereby reducing per-room operating costs.

    2. AI + Banking and Digital Finance 

    In the 2026 Policy Deployment, the SAR Government clearly requested to "promote FinTech development, enhance the level of electronic payment," and accelerate the R&D of the "Digital Macao Pataca" , expanding the sandbox test scope and constructing a comprehensive digital currency ecosystem.
