Zenta Group plans to advance the "AI + Macao Application Scenarios" layout in three stages: 

1. Phase I: Demonstration Project Launch (Short-Term) 

• Select 2–3 local leading hotels/integrated resorts, 1–2 financial institutions, and several key community business districts to launch demonstration projects for AI customer service, smart operations, and smart marketing.

• Establish a long-term cooperation framework with one to two local universities and initiate the first batch of "Enterprises set the questions, universities provide the solutions" topics.

2. Phase II: Scenario Expansion and Platformization (Mid-Term) 

• Abstract replicable platform capabilities (e.g., language large model services, visitor behavior analysis mid-end, intelligent marketing engine, etc.) based on the demonstration projects , connecting with more SMEs and industry customers.

• Explore collaboration pilots with relevant government departments in areas such as smart government and urban operations , promoting the application of AI capabilities in public services under a strict data security and compliance framework.

3. Phase III: Technology Transfer and Regional Export in Hengqin (Mid-to-Long-Term) 

• Fully utilize the "Macao + Hengqin" synergy advantage , conducting technology optimization, testing, and industrialization within the In-Depth Cooperation Zone.

• Build an AI solution export center targeting the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Portuguese-speaking countries.

• Combine Macao's positioning as a China-Portugal platform to explore extending the AI solutions successfully verified in Macao's tourism, MICE, and financial scenarios to relevant cities in Portuguese-speaking countries.
